Serves 4
4 wholemeal tortilla wraps4 tbsp tomato puree60g low-fat cheese, gratedTopping of your choice: vegetables, chicken, ham, pineapple
Handful of fresh rocket (optional)
1. Preheat your grill on a medium heat. If you haven't got a grill, you can also bake the wrap pizza in the oven at 180.
2. Place the tortilla on a baking tray
3. Spread 1tbsp tomato puree over the top with a spoon
4. Add toppings of your choice and sprinkle over a quarter of the cheese
5. Bake for 5 minutes until brown around the edges and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
